Wow what a proud moment in the history of Raglan Rock!
I look back to see how much Raglan Rock has grown over the past 8 years and it blows my mind, the adventures, the incredible guest’s and the guides and Instructors that have worked the magic! I, and we as a team, couldn’t be prouder to have been awarded the Silver Qualmark accreditation. Thank you to everyone who has been adventuring with us here in Raglan, whether it’s in our canyon, our caves or out rock climbing, and especially thank you if you left us one our many 5* reviews on TripAdvisor or google!
A huge shout out to all our amazing past and present guides and instructors, for always going the extra mile to deliver a magical experience. For being safe and caring to all our customers, and most importantly for teaching people how to tread lightly in this fast pace world. Being able to take that time to reconnect people back to the land we are all from, so that we can all care for it equally.
For us, having the silver Qualmark accreditation is huge! It means we are officially recognised as a company that has showcased how guests can book with confidence knowing that the experience, they are attending is quality-assured to the highest standards. As Qualmark puts it “the Qualmark logo represents the best tourism experiences New Zealand has to offer.”
To be accredited Raglan Rock had to go through an in-depth assessment against a stringent framework, that recognises the best sustainable tourism businesses in New Zealand that deliver exceptional experiences as an integral part of everything they do. Being officially recognised by Qualmark, solidified exactly what we are trying to achieve here in Raglan. Our goal has always been to give the best canyoning, caving and climbing experiences we can. By providing exceptional customer services on awesome adventures in the highest safety practiced way is exactly what we strive for.
As you can imagine I and we are extremely proud to have received this award and thank you all who have joined, helped or supported us over the past 8 years.
