Raglan Rock School Holiday Program
School break is on and our activity camps are the answer!
From canyoning to bush survival to indoor and outdoor rock climbing, we have the most exciting options to keep your tamariki active, learning new skills and fulfilled throughout the school break. Indoor and outdoor options for all types of weather our programming is well suited to the Waikato Region and the most exciting experience for your young ones!
Our programs run from 9am – 3 pm, for ages 6-13.

What activities can we choose?
We offer a variety of activities for all-weather scenarios to ensure your tamariki have an adventure no matter what the conditions are!
Choose from:
- Canyoning (River walking, abseiling down waterfalls, playful water activity)
- Outdoor Rock climbing (rock climbing, abseiling, camp games)
- Bush Survival Skills (orienteering, fire building, bivy building, camp games)
- Indoor Bouldering (rock climbing indoors without ropes, camp games)
*All activities are subject to change or cancellation if safety conditions or minimum numbers are not met.
How much is the program?
All prices include transportation to and from our home base and the activity location.
Prices are per child, per activity, per day. Indoor bouldering is an additional fee to cover additional transportation costs and facility fees.
We try our best to maintain accessible prices and activities. The more tamariki who join, the more able we are to offer these programs throughout the year. Coming together as whanau is truly important to us!
What is included? What should my child bring?
Our school holiday program is a 7 hour total activity camp, running from: 9am – 3pm.
Transportation to and from our base camp and to the activity location is included.
Snacks and lunch are NOT provided. Please ensure to pack your tamariki:
- Water bottle
- All-weather clothing options
- Towel
- Closed toed shoes
- Snacks and a lunch

Our activity locations are all different, however we all meet for drop-off and pick-up at:

What are the age restrictions?
Our school holiday program is suitable for tamariki aged six to thirteen.
Are these activities dangerous?
We ensure your tamariki are kept safe by following our safety protocol. We have strict guidelines we follow, from monitoring weather to proper gear maintenance, diligent training, safe guide to participant ratios and awesome, caring guides who keep watchful eyes and effective management of the youth and activities.
How do I ensure my tamariki is registered and their spot is secure?
Simply click on our Booking Button and register your tamariki. The registration requires payment to secure the booking as well as the completion of our Risk Acknowledgment form. Once you have booked in your tamariki, you will receive a confirmation email – all set!
